The Socials program included in the Full Program Registration entitles the delegates to attend the Fellowship Night to mingle with colleagues in a festive atmosphere.

Registration in the trainee category requires verification by the training officer or coordinator before September 28, 2026. The accomplished declaration form should be submitted before September 28, 2026. Please login to your user profile and upload the form to ‘My Profile”. The standard rate will be applied should there be failure to provide verification and the price difference shall be charged.
PAO Members-in-training who have been properly endorsed by their respective training institutions to the PAO Secretariat do not need to submit a trainee declaration form.
Limited to spouses and nursing aids of registered delegates only. Applies to non-physicians only. Accompanying Person access is limited to the exhibit hall and fellowship night. Each registered delegate may add a maximum of one (1) accompanying person.
Registration for one (1) day of the Congress only. Day registrants are issued a day badge and certificate of attendance without PRC CPD units.
All attendees must register under the appropriate registration category. If registration is completed under an incorrect category, it will be either corrected or canceled. Additional fees may be applicable if the correct category incurs a higher cost.
A twenty percent (20%) discount for Senior Citizens/PWDs is available to Filipino citizens. Senior Citizen/PWD IDs must be presented at the registration booth when claiming the registration kit.
For PAO Members and Members-in-Training
To qualify for the PAO Member rate, registrants must be in good standing with the Academy. Being in good standing entails having paid membership dues for 2025 and having attended either the 2024 or 2025 PAO Annual Congress. Residents and Fellows must be PAO Members-in-training (MIT) in good standing to benefit from the PAO MIT rates. To apply as a PAO MIT, please reach out to the secretariat.
Full Program Registration
Registering for the Full Program grants participants access to all activities throughout the event, encompassing Scientific Sessions, Free Paper and Surgical Video Presentations, Social Events, and Industry Exhibitions.
The Registration Kit comprises a bag and badge for entry into scientific sessions and the exhibit hall. Additionally, registrants will receive lunch and snacks during the event, and access to the Fellowship Night.
Registration also provides user access to the website for the digital program and abstract books. Following completion of the feedback form, attendees can download a certificate of attendance from October 2, 2026 until December 15, 2026.
PAYMENTS
Kindly note that the registration is completed only when the registration fee has been settled. During the payment process, PayMongo and PayPal may need time to verify your transaction, which may take up to 72 hours.

PayMongo is a secure online payment gateway facilitating transactions via credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Our payment options encompass credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), GCash, and bank transfers (BPI/BDO). PayMongo is available to registrants in the Philippines. PayMongo does not support foreign currency transactions.
PayMongo adheres to the highest security standards, holding PCI Service Provider Level 1 compliance, validated by an independent PCI-certified auditor following the industry's most rigorous scrutiny. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) governs PayMongo operations, ensuring the utmost protection for cardholder information during transactions.
In addition to PCI compliance, PayMongo implements HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), a web security protocol mandating browsers to engage solely through HTTPS. This encryption protocol safeguards against potential threats like man-in-the-middle attacks, fortifying the security of your data.
Paypal
Outside the Philippines, secure payments can be made using PayPal, which accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and UnionPay.
PayPal ensures PCI compliance for safeguarding data during payment processing and financial data storage. Utilizing Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption and exclusively operating under HTTPS connection (HSTS), PayPal prioritizes data security. Their Information Security Policies and Controls undergo scrutiny by independent third parties.
Moreover, real-time transaction monitoring and account analysis are conducted to proactively deter fraudulent activities and payments.
Official Receipt
Please claim your official receipt for PAO Congress registration payments at the PAO Booth located in the Exhibit Hall.
CONFIRMATION
Registrants will be sent a confirmation email upon completing their registration successfully. Please present your QR code included in the confirmation email at the badge releasing kiosk. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please inform the PAO Secretariat promptly via phone, Viber, or email, so that we can address the issue promptly.
If you need an official invitation letter for visa application, please create an account and download the letter from your user profile.
Delegates who would like to register on-site (after September 28, 2026) will need to go through the website registration system. You may approach the registration desk or access the congress website using your mobile device.
CLAIMING BADGES AND CONGRESS KITS
The distribution of Congress badges and kits will commence on September 29, 2026 (Tuesday), from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. Claiming of badge and kit will also be available throughout the duration of the meeting. Please ensure you bring your confirmation letter to facilitate the quick release of your kit.
Throughout the meeting, it is mandatory to wear your badge at all times for access to the Meeting and Exhibit Areas. Participants without proper badges will not be granted admission. Lost badges can be replaced at the participant's expense.
Certificates of Attendance will be accessible for download from the Congress website starting October 2, 2026 until December 15, 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your registration, please send a written request including your full name and the email address used for registration to secretariat@pao.org.ph
For written requests received on or before July 31, 2026 (Friday), a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after July 31, 2026 or for non-attendance at the Congress. Refunds will be processed after October 2, 2026.
Registration is non-transferable.
DATA PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the 2026 PAO Annual Congress. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties by the Organizer. The information collected from you may be used in one or more of the following ways: attendance report, congress registration, payment processing, and communications.
The PAO respects your right to privacy and complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Organizers have taken all reasonable steps to guarantee the safety of the data you provided, and will only use the data for its intended purpose. The PAO is committed to fully complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as future amendments.
The Registration and Abstract Submission system makes use of secure operating databases and tools on all pages that handle sensitive information, which are only accessible to authorized personnel.
We may share your personal data where you have given permission. For instance, if you attend an industry sponsored event at the Congress and allow your badge to be scanned, this will be taken as consent to share your contact details with the sponsor concerned so that they can follow up with you directly.
We also reserve the right to enforce our site policies in order to protect our rights and the rights of other individuals in a manner that is safe and compliant with the law.
